Mus&Muis en de geheime kubus tekens - Sparrow&Mouse and the secret Cubic characters

Gumpie, goed nieuws..... we gaan met regelmaat weer verder met het verhaal van Mus&Muis. Steampunky is afgerond en ook het 1e deel van de pelikaan en de slak (Mr.P&Sneezy) is gereed. Even een korte terugblik waar we waren bij mijn reisvrienden; Mus&Muis in de Kubus Vallei. Hieronder screendumps met een kleine uitleg.

In de vallei staan verschillende kubussen met betekenissen. De meeste zijn ontcijfert, alleen één was niet te verklaren. Als muis het symbooltje ziet, weet hij het gelijk. Hij pakt een stukje papier en begint te tekenen. 'Het is een hoorn met ijs'. Iedereen lacht. Waarom zou je zo'n teken plaatsen als er alleen in de omgeving ijsbergen zijn? Muis weet het zeker....'om de hoek is een IJSTENT.

Rechterpagina. Scuffie, de red eye frog, vertelt iets over de kaart. De rode stippelijklijn is de route naar Oom's boom. Mus kijkt en vraagt wat is nr. 6. Dat is het Triton eiland, waar Neptunes woont. We weten als hij op een conch blaast het hier kan stormen. Nooit van gehoord en geloven dit verhaal beslist niet.

Scuffie vertelt dat oom Viclar een liefhebber was van Steampunk. Hij had zelfs een steampunk muis ontworpen. Dat wilde muis wel eens zien. In een van de boeken zit een vel papier met de werktekening. Muis zoekt, maar dat is lastig..

Muis heeft de werktekening en de ijzeren muis gevonden. Hij is er helemaal dol op. Scuffie vertelt dat hij 3 wieltjes heeft en kan rijden. Zijn flaporen bewegen dan ook. Maar als hij op het aan en uit knopje druk, doet hij het niet. 'Hij moet met een speciale sleutel eerst opgewonden worden.

Word over 2 weken vervolgd.

Gumpie, good news..... we regularly continue with the story of Sparrow&Mouse. Steampunky has been completed and the 1st part of the pelican and the snail (Mr.P&Sneezy) is also ready. Just a quick flash back where we were with my travel buddies; Sparrow&Mouse in the Cube Valley

Below are screen dumps with a small explanation.

In the valley there are several cubes with meanings. Most have been deciphered, only one could not be explained. When the mouse sees the symbol, he immediately knows it. He takes a piece of paper and starts drawing. "It's a cone of ice." Everyone laughs. Why put such a sign if there are only icebergs nearby? Mouse knows for sure....'Around the corner is an ICE bar.

Right page. Scuffie, the red eye frog, tells something about the map. The red dotted line is the route to Uncle's tree. Sparrow looks and asks what is number 6. That is Triton Island, where Neptune lives. We know when he blows on a conch it can storm here. Never heard of and definitely don't believe this story.

Scuffie says Uncle Viclar was a Steampunk enthusiast. He had even designed a steampunk mouse. Mouse wanted to see that. In one of the books is a sheet of paper with the working drawing. Mouse searches, but that is difficult.

Mouse has found the working drawing and the iron mouse. He absolutely loves it. Scuffie tells that he has 3 wheels and can drive. His floppy ears also move. But when he presses the on and off button, it doesn't work. 'It must first be wound with a special key.

Waarom heeft het zolang geduurd met de update van je blog? Meestal om de 2 weken'. 'Gumpie, dat heeft een reden..... ik heb een animatie gemaakt over jou. Dat doe je niet in een paar dagen. En daarnaast ook nog aan de laatste illustraties van het verhaal. Laten we beginnen met de animatie. 

'Leuk, ga je er nog meer maken?' 'Voorlopig niet, eerst de verhalen afmaken.

We gaan verder met de aantekeningen van het boekje over de Magische Tuin. We gaan het hebben over de aardster. Daar zijn vooral de Eikelbijter dol op. Dat komt over 2 weken

We continue with the notes from the booklet about the Magic Garden. We're going to talk about the Earthstar. The Acorn Biters are especially fond of that. That will be about 2 weeks 

Gumpie wordt beroemd - Gumpie becomes famous

'Gumpie, we moeten onze vaste lezers even vertellen, dat we op deze blog geen verhaal vertellen over de Magische Tuin. Dat gaat weer verder na deze blog. Ik kreeg een totaal ander idee... een animatie maken'.'Ja, en ik speel de hoofdrol. Gumpie wordt nog eens beroemd'. Er is al een begin gemaakt en we kunnen wel een foto laten zien. Het begint wanneer jij uit jouw slaapplek kom..... een kleine potlooddoosje.

'Wanneer je uit het doosje bent, verschijnt er een geel stukje papier met tekst. Dit wordt voor een wisseltekst gebruikt voor daarna met een film. 1 versie voor naar het strand en 1 versie met tekst naar het bos.

In het voorjaar gaan we via een spannende afdaling maken door het bos van Schoorl. Samen met jou gaan we een fietsritje maken. Nogmaals in het voorjaar als de blaadjes in de bomen groen zijn'. 
Gumpie, we hebben nog wel een illustratie gemaakt over het verhaal van Steampunky. Die komt bij Pufmuis om afscheid te nemen. 

Terwijl hij vraagt hoe de ballonvlucht is geweest, ziet hij dat zijn voorpoot gespalkt is. Pufmuis vertelt dat de ballon halverwege tussen de takken van een boom is gekomen en geknapt. Gelukkig niet erg hoog, maar tijdens de val werd een tak geraakt. Steampunky vond het erg voor Pufmuis. 'Nu weet je nog niet of de aarde plat of rond is?'

'Dat klopt, maar ik denk dat de aarde echt plat is, want anders val je er vanaf'.
Steampunky reageerde hier niet op. Volgende keer gaan we het over de pufzwam hebben die gebruikt wordt bij de Eikelbijters als 'waterpijp'.

Gumpie, we did make an illustration about the story of Steampunky. He comes to Pufmouse to say goodbye. While he asks how the balloon flight was, he sees that his front leg is splinted. Puffmouse says that the balloon got halfway between the branches of a tree and burst. Fortunately not very high, but during the fall a branch was hit. Steampunky felt bad for Puffy Mouse. "Now you don't know whether the earth is flat or round?"
'That's right, but I think the earth is really flat, otherwise you'll fall off'.
Steampunky did not respond to this. Next time we will talk about the puff fungus that is used by the Acorn Biters as a 'water pipe'.

De Consalita Cactus Nr. 2

'Gumpie, voor we verder gaan met blog Nr. 2 van de Magische Tuin. Wat is er met jou gebeurd. Je lijkt wel een stukje kleiner geworden'. 'Dat heb je goed gezien. 

Jij gaat naar de kapper, als er nog iets te knippen valt, en ik ga naar de puntenslijper. Dan ben ik weer helemaal scherp voor 2023'. 'Hopelijk de laatste keer, anders noem ik je Stompie, in plaats van Gumpie'. 

Dank voor het zoeken voor het volgende onderwerp.... De cactus paddestoel. Beter onder de naam Consalita Cactus. 

Nieuwsgierig geworden naar het resultaat... klik dan weer bovenaan het kopje MAGISCHE TUIN. Een zeer  komische Paddestoel. 

Wat heb jij gevonden voor nr. 3?

'De pufzwam', daar heb je in het verhaal van Mus&Muis ook al iets over geschreven en getekend. Het is een zeer inspirerende paddestoel. Mushy is er zelf ook 'verslavend' aan geworden.

Afscheid van Steampunky en de toeterbloemen - Goodbye to Steampunky and the Horn Flowers

Dit is het laatste deel van het verhaal van Steampunky, die op zoek gaat naar de Toeterbloemen. Wilt U een kort overzicht lezen van het hele verhaal: klik op Boekje

Samen kijken we naar de laatste 2 illustraties van het verhaal Steampunky en de Magische Tuin.

'Wat heb je nu getekend? 'Gumpie, dat is werkkamer van Pufmuis. Hier maakt hij allerlei voorwerpen voor o.a. de Magische Tuin. Je zag in het begin van het verhaal dat hij een ballon met mandje had gemaakt'. 'Ja, hoe is dat afgelopen? Hij wilde weten of de wereld bol rond was, zoals de vogels het vertelden?' 'Hij is met de ballon ook de lucht in gegaan, maar niet hoog genoeg. Halverwege vloog de ballon tegen een hoge struik met scherpe naalden. Dus je raadt het al..'.
'Goed afgelopen?' 

'Niet helemaal, hij heeft linker poot gebroken en die is nu gespalkt. Kijk maar op de tekening'. 'Maar dan denkt nog steeds dat de aarde plat is'. 'Ja Gumpie'.
'Had je niet iets anders kunnen bedenken? 'Nee, en niet alleen denkt Pufmuis zo, maar ook nog veel mensen op deze 'ronde' aardbol echt 'PLAT' is.

Eindelijk thuis.

Wanneer Steampunky de holleboomstronk verlaat komt hij weer terug in zijn eigen omgeving.

Hiermee eindigt bhet verhaal van Steampunky. Onder het kopje 'De Magische tuin'. heb ik 2 bijzondere paddestoelen getekend die bestemd zijn in het aantekeningenboekje. 'Het is moeilijk om een uitgever voor mijn verhaal te vinden. Het is een liggend A4 boekje met 80 pagina's. Mocht dit lukken dan laat ik dat weten.

Under the heading 'The Magical Garden'. I have drawn 2 special mushrooms that are intended for the notebook. At last, its difficult to publish this story, i'm thinking to translate it in english, by an e-book. I has 80 pages at lying format A4.
