'Ha, eindelijk zie ik nu wie Intervalerius is. Komische vogel met een deftig strikje om zijn hals. Ook nog een muts, waarvoor allemaal? Op jouw pagina zie ik een engel afgebeeld.

'Gumpie, ik zal het je in het kort uitleggen. Engelen zijn boodschappers uit de hogere sferen, die klaar staan om ons emotionele steun en spirituele begeleiding te bieden. 

Wie is Raueriël

Dit is Raueriël: deze engel helpt en inspireert dirigenten. Daarom zo belangrijk voor Intervalerius en de muziekplanten. Hij dirigeert hier en bij zijn basis tenue hoort een deftig dirigentenstrikje. De muts die hij draagt, is nodig om zijn wilde haren op zijn kop te verbergen. Hij kan soms heftig met zijn kop schudden tijdens het dirigeren'.

Intervalerius

'Is Intervalerius zijn echte naam?' 'Nee, mijn echte naam is Valerius. Tijdens zijn muzieklessen met de toeterbloemen heb ik het vaak over een pauze tussen de twee tonen. Dat heet een interval. Dat is voor de toeterbloemen heel lastig, ze willen maar achter elkaar toeteren. Ze hebben dit woord INTERVAL gecombineerd met mijn echte naam. Zo is mijn bijnaam ontstaan, Inter-Valerius. Nog meer vragen Gumpie?'
'Nog ééntje! Ik zie een rood cirkeltje met een witte rand op een veer. Waarvoor is dat?' 'Voor de toeterbloemen heel belangrijk. Tijdens de repetities zeg ik niets, maar krom ik deze veer op en neer. Zo weten de toeterbloemen dat er een Interval is, een pauze tussen 2 noten'.

Spieren in een vogelveer

'Kan hij een veer krombuigen?' 'Ja, deze vogelfamilie heeft als enige ter wereld spieren in de grote slagpennen. Zo kunnen zij alles vast pakken. Ik haal de Rollblaster voor een demonstratie'.
'Rollblaster?' 'Sorry Gumpie, ik heb de naam Sjambangel veranderd in Rollblaster. Dit bijzondere instrument zie je over 2 weken. Met een demonstratie en een uitgebreid uitleg'.

Who is Raueriël

“Gumpie, I'll explain briefly. Angels are messengers from the higher realms, ready to offer us emotional support and spiritual guidance. This is Raueriël: this angel helps and inspires conductors. That is why it is so important for Intervalerius and the musical plants. He conducts here and his basic uniform includes a stately conductor's bow. The hat he wears is necessary to hide his wild hair on his head. He can sometimes shake his head violently while conducting'.

Intervalerius

"Is Intervalerius his real name?" 'No, my real name is Valerius. During his music lessons with the horn flowers, I often talk about a pause between the two tones. That's called an interval. 'ANGEL'S TRUMPET' beeld

We zijn weer terug van weggeweest. Heerlijk met Gumpie gefietst op fietspaden langs de Noordzee kust. Frisse ideeën opgedaan en uitgewerkt. 'Het werd tijd', aldus mijn vriend. We waren gebleven dat hij op pad ging naar de muziektuin. Steampunky kijkt naar de muur met de tekst boven de bloem. 'Volgens mij zijn we verkeerd, hier staat 'ANGEL'S TRUMPET'. Ik wil naar de Toeterbloemen'. 'Volg het bordje Toetorium'. Hij werd nog gewaarschuwd voor de grote groene plant, de 'Boiling Tuba'. Het is een grote giftige bekerplant. Hieronder de hele pagina.

Dan ontmoet hij de Eikelbijter, die vertelt hoe briljant de tuinwachter van de Toeterbloemen is. Hij componeert en maakt zelf muziekinstrumenten. 

De Eikelbijter vertelt dat wanneer hij kan spelen op de mini Sjambangel, hij later op de grote Sjambangel mag spelen. Dit instrument wil Steampunky heel graag zien.Word vervolgd over 2 weken.

We are back again. Enjoyed cycling with Gumpie on cycle paths along the North Sea coast. Fresh ideas gained and developed.

Nieuwe camera "YellowClic" voor Gumpie - New Camera "YellowClic" for Gumpie

Voor ik het verhaal van Steampunky vervolg, even iets anders. Afgelopen week kwam Gumpie bij me langs... hij had ook een digitale camera. Vol trots liet hij zijn YellowClick zien, met het verzoek om van mij een foto te maken. Dat was geen probleem, alleen hij had nogal wat wensen. Beter gezegd, eisen. Geen gewone foto's, maar iets bijzonders. 

Blijf zo hangen, dan maak ik de foto... niet bewegen.

Vorige week geëindigd dat Mushy afscheid nam van Steampunky. Samen verlieten ze de paddenstoelentuin. Even voor de muur met de toeterbloem nam Mushy afscheid. 'Oh, nog even iets belangrijks, ook hier je turbomotor niet gebruiken. Ik zet je skateboard bij de ingang. 

Tot slot een waarschuwing; ga niet de 'Boiling Tuba' bekijken. Rustig voorbij kruipen en niet stoppen!' Gumpie kijkt me aan. 'Je bent aardig bezig geweest deze week. Waarom staat er op die muur 'Angel's Trumpet? Het is toch een toeterbloem?' 'Hier in deze tuin hebben ze deze bloem de bijnaam Toeterbloem gegeven. De oorspronkelijke naam is Angel Trumpet. De tuinwachter heeft deze bloemen leren toeteren, vandaar hier de bijnaam.... Toeterbloemen'.

'Waarom een waarschuwing aan Steampunky voor... Tuba?' 

'Ik zal het je uitleggen. Het is een grote bekerplant. Met deze vangbeker worden prooidieren gelokt en verteerd met behulp van enzymen in de bekervloeistof'. 'Waarom wordt die gevaarlijke vleesetende plant niet verwijderd?'
'Deze Tuba hoort hier bij de familie. Onderin zijn beker zit een vloeistof, waarmee hij een borrelend geluid kan maken. Zo heftig dat zijn hoed op en neer gaat. Dat maakt een donker geluid, hij is een blaasbas. Gumpie het is een boeiende plant'.
'Dat zal wel, maar die 2 tanden onderaan die hoed bevallen me niet!' 'Genoeg over Tuba. Volgende week is de illustratie van tuinwachter Intervalerius gereed. Jij gaat verder met fotograferen en wij groeten de bezoekers van mijn blog.

Before I continue the story of Steampunky, let's tell something else. Last week Gumpie came to see me... he also had a digital camera. Yellow man is ontdekt en wie is de Intervalerius - Yellow man has been discovered and who is Intervalerius

Deze week zijn we op verzoek van Gumpie naar het bos gegaan.

Via een prachtig bospad naar het centrum van Schoorl.

Het Klimduin ligt aan de rand van de Schoorlse Duinen, een uitgestrekt bos- en duingebied. Bij Schoorl ligt overigens met een hoogte van zo'n 55 meter de hoogste duin van Nederland. 

Het is een beste klim naar boven. Samen met Gumpie hebben we deze zandberg beklommen.

Bijgekomen van het klimmen word je beloond met een prachtig uitzicht. Het pleintje met winkels en gezellige restaurants. Rustig genieten voor we naar beneden rennen; zonder in het zand te vallen.

Terug op het plein vertelt Gumpie dat hij een Yellow Man heeft ontdekt. Trots is hij er bij gaan staan voor een 'selfie'. 'Dat gaat nu mijn nieuwe hobby worden; gele objecten zoeken en dan met mij een selfie maken'.

'Geweldig, nu mag je de Yellow Man nog op mijn blog zetten, maar de volgende keer op je eigen blog. 
Nu gaan we verder met Steampunky'. Daar was Gumpie het mee eens. We zijn nu bezig met het laatste onderwerp van het verhaal; de muziektuin. Afgelopen dagen bezig geweest om een nieuw tuinwachter te tekenen. 'Mag ik jouw schetsen eens zien?

'Leuk met een vlinderdasje, maar waarom draagt hij een muts?' 'Deze tuinwachter heeft 2 grote plukken haar op zijn hoofd. Tijdens het dirigeren van zijn werk ziet dat er niet uit.... dus draagt hij een mutsje'. 'Hoe heet jouw tuinwachter?' 'Hier noemen ze hem hier 'Intervalerius'. 'Vanwaar die moeilijke naam?. 'De toeterbloemen willen heel graag toeteren en zo lang mogelijk. Deze tuinwachter probeert dat te onderbreken. Dat doet hij tijdens het oefenen door 1 veer omhoog te steken. Intervallen bepalen de muziek. Volgende week meer hier over. Dan vertel ik meer over deze bloem en geschiedenis. En jij meer over de muzieknoten'. 'Nee, dat heten voortaan 'bladnoten'. 'Gumpie, tot volgende week!'

This week we went to the forest of Schoorl at the request of Gumpie. Via a beautiful forest path to the center of Schoorl.
The Klimduin (translate climb dune) is located on the edge of the Schoorlse Duinen, a vast forest and dune area. By the way, Schoorl has the highest dune in the Netherlands with a height of about 55 meters. It's a good climb up. Together with Gumpie we climbed this sand mountain.

'Nice with a bow tie, but why is he wearing a hat?' 'This gardener has 2 large strands of hair on his head. It doesn't look like that when conducting his work.... so he wears a cap'. "What's your gardener's name?" 'Here they call him 'Intervalerius'. 'Why the difficult name? 'The horn flowers really want to honk and for as long as possible. This gardener is trying to interrupt that. He does this while practicing by raising 1 spring. Intervals determine the music. More on this next week.
