Punky kan zijn ogen niet geloven -Punky cannot believe his eyes

Punky is verbaasd als hij Pufmuis ziet hangen onder een ballon. Dan vertelt Pufmuis dat hij met deze ballon gaat vliegen. 'Dat hou je zo nooit lang vol', was het antwoord van Punky. 

Pufmuis lacht, 'hij is nog niet klaar, en er komt nog iets onder te hangen.Kom mee, naar mijn werkkamer, dan laat ik je de werktekening zien, hoe deze gaat worden'.

Steampunky ziet Pufmuis aan een touw hangen - Steampunky sees Puff Mouse hanging on a rope

De laatste dagen van september waren zo heerlijk, dat mijn tekenkist dicht bleef. Genieten op het strand van de golven en zonlicht. Afgelopen dagen weer begonnen met Steampunky.

In het kort

Van de uil gehoord dat hij iets bijzonders aan het maken is, want Pufmuis gaat vliegen.

Pufmuis wist dat hij bezoek zou krijgen en zag een verbaasde slak in de opening van de holle boom. 'Kom gerust verder', riep Pufmuis. Steampunky zag een muis aan een stuk touw hangen. Maar wat was hij aan het doen?

En dat zie je volgende week, dan is de hele illustratie af en vertelt Pufmuis meer.

The last days of September were so wonderful that my drawing box remained closed.  Enjoy of the beach with waves and sunlight. Last days I started again with Steampunky.  

In brief

Heard from the owl that he is making something special, because Pufmouse is going to fly.

Puff Mouse knew he was going to be visited and saw a puzzled snail in the opening of the hollow tree. "Feel free to come on," said Pufmouse. Steampunky saw a mouse hanging from a piece of string.

Steampunky ontmoet uil - Steampunky meets owl

 Dankzij het bruggetje konden de 2 illustraties aan elkaar gekoppeld worden. Met toevoeging van Steampunky op de brug en de uil.

Al deze 'losse' illustraties zijn dankzij Photoshop tot 1 geheel gemaakt. Het is een fantastisch programma met zoveel mogelijkheden. Zo kon ik de slak achter de stenen blokken verplaatsen, draaien en grootte aanpassen.

Op deze 2 bladzijden vraagt Steampunk waar de muis is. De uil vertelt dat hij geluk heeft. Muis is bezig met de laatste werkzaamheden, want hij gaat vliegen. 

'Waarom gaat een muis vliegen?' Uil; 'vraag dat maar aan hem zelf'.

Steampunk ziet de skateboard voor de boom staan.

Thanks to the bridge, the 2 illustrations could be linked together. With the addition of Steampunky on the bridge and the owl.

All these 'loose' illustrations have been made into one whole, thanks to Photoshop. It is a fantastic program with so many possibilities. This allowed me to move, rotate and resize the snail behind the stone blocks.

On these 2 pages Steampunk asks where the mouse is. The owl says he is lucky. Mouse is busy with the last work, because he is going to fly.

"Why does a mouse fly?" Owl; 'just ask him that'.

 Steampunk sees the skateboard in front of the tree.

Grote schrik - Great Shock

Kleine vertraging.

Grote schrik, de 2 illustraties passen niet tegen elkaar... bruggen sluiten niet aan.

Dus teken ik deze week een nieuwe brug, die vervolgens in photoshop naadloos wordt gemonteerd. Zo ontstaat er eer een illustratie van 60x21 cm.

Even geduld.

Great shock, the 2 illustrations do not fit against each other ... bridges do not connect.

So this week I draw a new bridge, which is then seamlessly mounted in photoshop. This creates an illustration of 60x21 cm.
