Mijn nieuwe held; Steampunky - My new hero; Steampunky

De illustratie voor mijn animatie afgemaakt. Als achtergrond in mijn animatie-programma geplaatst. Vervolgens de hoofdfiguur er ingezet.... wat een schrik! Te pietepeuterig en veel te druk.
Zie hieronder de complete illustratie. Het moet simpeler en rustiger worden. Dus komende week opnieuw een achtergrond bedenken. Word vervolgd.

Steampunky de Skateslak -Steampunky the Skatesnail

Begin juli met enthousiaste begonnen met het maken van een animatie. Een figuurtje gecreëerd en een kort introfilmpje gemaakt. Alles was compleet nieuw voor me. Één ding heb ik ervaren, dit kost héél veel tijd. Om een figuurtje te bewegen met je ontzettend veel kleine stapjes maken.
Bij een snelheid van 18 beeldjes per seconden, moet je 18 foto's maken voor 1 seconden! Dat kost me te veel tijd, daar ik ook mijn verhaal van de pelikaan en de slak wil afmaken.

Dé oplossing gevonden, een Skatesnail, Steampunky. Deze slak gaat op zijn skateboard naar mijn 'Magical Garden'. Dit gaat veel sneller en uiteindelijk voor mij veel leuker. Geen poppetje, maar een stripfiguur. Eind augustus komt er een korte animatie van mijn nieuwe held. De bedoeling is om maandelijks een korte animatie te maken met grappige belevenissen in die tuin.

At the beginning of July I started enthusiastically making an animation. Created a figure and made a short intro movie. Everything was completely new to me. One thing I experienced, this takes a lot of time. To move a figure with a lot of small steps. At a speed of 18 frames per second, you have to take 18 photos for 1 second! That takes too much time, because I also want to finish my story of the pelican and the snail.

Found the solution, a skate snail, named; Steampunky. This snail goes on skateboard to my 'Magical Garden'. This is much faster and ultimately much more fun for me. Not a doll, but a cartoon character.
At the end of August there will be a short animation of my new hero. The intention is to make a short animation every month with funny experiences in that garden.

Maxxi the Mouse

We zijn weer terug na een maand vakantie met nieuwe ideeën. 
We are back after a month holiday with new ideas.

Zo begon het, de knuffel van muis kwam werd op mijn tafel gezet. Muis had geprobeerd met in staart te schilderen, maar dat werd helemaal niets. Nu wil hij een animatie van deze knuffelmuis.
Samen zijn we een maand aan het stoeien geweest, daar ik nog nooit een animatie had gewerkt.
Zie hier het eerste resultaat. Dit wordt niet verder uitgebreid, puur wat de mogelijkheden waren. In augustus wordt een nieuw figuur uitgewerkt

Tijdelijke vakantie stop - Temporary holiday stop

Zowel Mus&Muis als Mr.P.&Sneezy gaan met vakantie. In augustus gaan we weer verder. Ik wens iedereen een hele fijne en gezonde vakantie.

Muis krijgt zijn expositie buiten - Mouse get his exposition in the garden

Het zat me toch niet helemaal lekker... muis geen expositie in zijn atelier. Hij wil natuurlijk zijn kunstwerken laten zien. Dat begrijp ik én ook ik ben nieuwsgierig wat hij met zijn 'Tail' wil maken. Toen hoorde dat hij in zijn atelier bezig was riep ik hem. 'Ik heb nog eens goed over nagedacht en heb een oplossing voor je. Stel, je zou hier jouw expositie houden, dan kan jouw vriend mus dit niet zien. Die durft beslist niet in ons huis komen, zeker niet met onze poes.
Daarom stel ik voor om de expositie in onze tuin te houden. We hangen al je werken op een tak in onze tuin. Kunnen alle dieren jouw werk bewonderen'. Dat vond muis een briljant idee.
Gisteren was onze kleindochter op bezoek en wilde muis graag zien. Helaas was hij niet aanwezig.
