De illustratie van mijn haas was niet compleet. Snezen was nieuwsgierig naar zijn verhaal. Daarom heb ik er een illustratie aan toegevoegd. Alleen ik wil een slak met een duidelijk huisje. Die winding is naar rechts.
Gevolg dat de illustratie van de haas gespiegeld moest worden.

In mijn hele reisverhaal ben ik niet consequent geweest met tekenen van zijn slakkenhuis. Om deze opnieuw te maken had ik geen zin. Ik heb hiervoor een oplossing gevonden. In de natuur liggen vaak lege slakkenhuizen. Meestal zijn die door vogels leeggeroofd. Sneezy vertelt dat hij graag van huisje verwisseld.
Dat was het begin waar ik tegen aan liep. De uitgever wilde graag een thema voor het 1e deel. In Artis vertelt de papegaai hoe dieren aan hun kleuren zijn gekomen. Pas wanneer het duo in Frankrijk zijn horen ze hoe de vogels aan hun kleuren zijn gekomen.
Daarom moest ik mijn hele reisverhaal opnieuw indelen en opnieuw illustraties maken.

Throughout my travelogue, I have been inconsistent with signs of his snail shell. I didn't feel like making these again. I have found a solution for this. In nature there are often empty snail shells. Most of the time they have been robbed by birds. Sneezy says he likes to switch houses.
That was the beginning I ran into. The publisher wanted a theme for the 1st part. In Artis, the parrot tells how animals got their colors. Only when the duo are in France do they hear how the birds got their colors.
That's why I had to rearrange my entire travelogue and recreate illustrations.
